Kyle Farmer
As a graduate of Texas A&M University, Kyle Farmer discovered his passion for teaching while finishing his Political Science Degree. After helping others achieve new heights through his work at Kaplan Test Prep, Kyle carried this passion into his legal career, teaching clients as he helped them find legal pathways out of labor bottlenecks. After graduating from Vanderbilt Law School, he and his wife began working on immigration visas for their family construction business in Iowa. It was from their perspective as employers that they saw just how much foreign recruitment and legal immigration can accomplish. Kyle and Natalie have since built a thriving practice from solid, creative, and forward-thinking solutions that have helped thousands of businesses solve their labor needs. With one son, four daughters, and more to come, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family on their property in the country, riding four-wheelers, hunting, and raising hogs.
Brad Van Schouwen
As the seasoned Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer of Farmer Enterprises, Brad Van Schouwen has driven aggressive growth and effective change in all of Farmer Enterprise’s organizations. His excellent leadership skills have helped create new solutions, foster new relationships, and define the meaning of a modern and effective workforce solution.
